• 10 nozzles arranged in two circles
  • Each circle can be freely positioned using a digital servo
  • 90 ° swivel range in 1.3 seconds
  • All parts made of stainless steel 1.4571 / POM
  • Water jet height up to 20 m in connection with 2 VarioStream 900
  • DMX Motion Interface with remote maintenance

The most beautiful water figures and effects live from perfect symmetry! The Servo Krake works exactly according to this principle. The 10 nozzles are arranged in two circles. Each of these two circles can be freely positioned using servomotors and can be supplied individually via separate water connections. In combination with two VarioStream 900 pump systems, water jet height up to 20 m can be reached. The use of 17mm stainless steel full jet nozzles guarantees a clear, wind-stable jet. All of these parameters make possible a unique water effect.

Brushless DC Servo Drives

With magnetic encoders for position control guarantee excellent positioning accuracy and maximum dynamics. The speed ranges from 1.2 to 10 seconds for the movement radius of 100 °. A special sealing system on the motor shaft ensures years of smooth operation, even under the toughest conditions. All of these parameters guarantee the greatest possible design freedom for continually new water effects.

DMX Motion Interface

The Motion Interface forms the perfect interface between a DMX console and all Consortium water show products. With this development, from our house, it is possible that the entire system is centrally controlled, monitored and parameterized. All system-relevant values are displayed in real time.

The highest product quality

Modern engineering software helps us implement our ideas. During manufacturing the Servo Krake, we put big importance to the precision and quality. To guarantee this, we trust in the latest CNC manufacturing. High-quality materials and optimal work processes ensure consistently high quality over many years.

Stainless steel nozzle systems

The manufacture of our nozzles from high-quality stainless steel (1.4571) makes them resistant to all types of corrosion, wear and damage. The use of jet calmers eliminates turbulence in the water and guarantees a clear and wind-stable jet.
